Test capability and quality on your real tasks first. At this stage, ignore the country of origin. Judging only the output keeps the undervaluation factors out of it.

Then choose from what remains. Keeping that order stops you rejecting things because they "feel uncertain", and equally stops you overlooking a real risk because the price was attractive.
